Refund policy

The refund policy applies to all purchases made through the website www.majulu.com and is eligible on products that are full price. Products purchased under the SALE category are not eligible for returns or refunds. The customer has 15 days from the day of their purchase to notify our customer care team with their exchange credit or refund request. Keep in mind that the products must arrive at our location 7548 sw 58th Ave, South Miami, fl, 33143 within five (5) business days following the date of notification of the acceptance of the return by any product.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For international cards please allow 4-6 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

If you made your purchase using a gift card refunds will be issued to the original card that was used. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you unless you are returning a damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent to you.

Majulu LLC will refund or exchange an item if it has not been damaged, marked, washed, altered or worn. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Products that are marked, worn, or damaged will not be accepted. It is Majulu LLC discretion to decide if the returned product is in perfect condition to be returned. If a product is not in a good condition, it will be returned to the customer.

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Thank you for shopping with Majulu LLC. We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return/exchange any purchase within 15 days from the shipping date. Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 15 days from the ship date.

Majulu LLC will exchange an item if it has not been damaged, marked, washed, altered or worn. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Products that are marked, worn, or damaged will not be accepted. It is Majulu LLC discretion to decide if the returned product is in perfect condition to be returned. Return/Exchange Steps:

Step 1. Please contact our customer service at be.majulu.com and let us know which item(s) you would like to return and the reason, or your desired exchange size.

Step 2. Box up your items with the original packaging.

Step 3. We will send you a Label for the return.

Step 4. Drop off your package.

Step 5. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will confirm your refund as soon as it has been processed.

How to exchange If you wish to exchange your item(s), please contact our Customer Care team to reserve the new desired product and follow the steps mentioned above. Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship the exchanged item(s).

Please allow us up to 10 business days for your return to be processed after your package is received.

All sale items that are final sales and are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit. All Products that are considered Final Sale are marked in the product description of our website. If you have a question about a sale product please contact our customer service at www.be.majulu.com

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We do not adjust the prices of any product that goes into discount.

FOR RETURNS RECEIVED DAMAGED, MARKED OR DIRTY

If we receive your return damaged, marked or dirty, the products won't be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

On the checkout page above the Order Summary section, you may enter valid promo codes. Our promo codes are case sensitive so please be sure you are entering them as they are. After you have applied your promo code, please make sure you see the code applied to your order in the Order Summary section before proceeding to checkout. Only one promotional code can be used per order. After an offer has expired, we are unable to give you the promotion on future orders. Additionally, current promotions are unable to be applied to previous purchases.

All items purchased with a discount code are final sales and are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit.

GUARANTEES ON DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we are responsible for exchange costs and relevant shipments to replace the defective product at no cost. Please take into consideration that the request must be made during five calendar days after the purchase and you need to notify our customer care team with your inquiry within those 5 days after the purchase. You also need to follow our care instructions.

For any warranty, the product goes through a review process by our quality department. If it proves to be a factory error, we will proceed to return or exchange the product for the same reference if it is available. If the product for any reason is sold out, we will proceed a refund. This review may take up to 15 business days from the date of application.
